Analysis of the request

We request all the information necessary for a detailed analysis of the project, so that we can give you comprehensive advice and provide an effective project right from the start.

Samples and approval

We produce a sample to verify that the item completely fulfils the initial specifications.

Moulding

This is the key phase: using vulcanisation, the item takes on its final technical characteristics.

Deburring and Grinding

We refine every detail to ensure impeccable aesthetics, so that you get the quality you want.

Post-curing

We use vulcanisation to optimise performance, in particular compressive behaviour.

Optical inspection

For items that require it, we perform a 100% optical inspection, which is able to overcome the limits of human visual inspection.

Packaging / Packing

We customise each package according to customer requests, ensuring items are optimally arranged and protected.

Analysis and 3D Prototyping

For some processes, having a prototype in your hands makes all the difference. That’s why we make 3D prototypes, since they are useful for you and also for us. They are used to assess the piece both aesthetically and in terms of dimensions, as well as to understand how to deal with complex geometries, right from the mould design phase.

Measurable quality

During production, we carry out dimensional and quality checks with dedicated tools to ensure consistency and accuracy. We do not consider ourselves perfect, but we aim for reliable results every day, by constantly improving processes and performance.

An air-conditioned compound warehouse

The compounds are stored in a warehouse that is at a constant temperature, to keep their properties intact. This ensures consistency in the performance of the material and greater reliability of the finished product.
